Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on the 2nd business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please expect a delay. If any delay were to occur, the company will contact the customer directly via e-mail.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
All mail classes and services may be sent to a PO Box. If a mail piece that is addressed to a PO Box is too large to fit in the box, the Post Office™ will place in your box either: (1) A key to a larger storage locker within the same facility (for a larger item) OR (2) A notice that you can take to a window clerk to collect your item(s) – Redelivery is not permitted since you have to collect the item from a window clerk.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will receive shipment confirmation and order tracking via e-mail or other selected options.
Once your order leaves our facility [marked as shipped and scanned by postal service] or order status is shown as “Delivered”, Fresh & Real Natural Products is not liable for any delays or lost items. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, please verify all information is correct prior to contacting us. Unfortunately, lost/delivered packages will not be eligible for full refund.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Fresh & Real Natural Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Fresh & Real Natural Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at email@example.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter.
Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Orders for International shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or with altered prices. Orders for International shipments marked as “gift” or altered prices will be removed at the sole discretion of the company.
International orders may require an additional 3-5 or more business days of delivery time.
If you are visiting the U.S, we can ship any product to your hotel.
